Marni is well educated with an impressive roster of credentials including those from the Natural Gourmet in NYC as well as two nutritional certifications right here at home, but the education is second to the drive to educate and engage others in the joy and simplicity of eating naturally.

Tailored to individual wellness goals, her delicious nutritious workshops and classes enlighten people on how everyday eating can be both simple and scrumptious, while still fitting into a busy lifestyle. Putting a holistic spin on gourmet cooking, she works her chef skills to whip up organic-minded mouthwatering meals suitable for even the most discerning foodie’s palate.

She shares her passion and her perspective to deliver nutritional makeovers and inspirational seminars that are easily integrated into a busy urban lifestyle.
