Gifts of Light, Harmony, and Gratitude - ecoKIDS

No one looks forward to the holidays more than kids do…. We’ll spare you the diatribes around crossing off wishlists (and the encouragement of excess and mini-materialism...). Kids deserve to be kids…Complete with nights spent dreaming of unwrapping mountains of gifts. So Instead we’ll give you the lowdown on some homegrown holiday gifts. All natural and organic - complete with love and infused with positive intention. (no extra charge)
Whitney and Jeremy are a couple of artists happily loving life together and craft each Buddhanature item they sell by hand. They strive to make local, organic, sustainable and ecological choices every day - and express their love of nature and abundance by sharing their creations with us.
Check out their cheeky Earth Monkeys made with all natural coloured yarn… Whitney has made a pledge to donate one of these monkeys for every ten that they sell, to children who might not otherwise be able to have a natural toy hand made for them with love. (we dig)
Their Baby Rattle Owls and Elephants are made from 100% organic cotton fabric and all natural cotton stuffing. Perfect for little ones to hold, rattle and chew on, and for bigger kids to animate in creative play.
The most precious thing in their collection though, has got to be... the Gnome and Toadstool Set. The gnome uses Gnome Magic to transport his favourite toadstool with him wherever he goes, and is waiting to set up in your favourite nature scene at home.
All items are gift wrapped in handmade, vegetable stamped, reusable and recyclable paper with a matching blank tag. Ready to be given, right out of your mailbox! (Great for last minute shoppers.)
Buddhanature, out of Kelowna, B.C., offers Light Harmony and Gratitude in their every creative deliberation. If you are local to the Kelowna/Vernon area, contact them so that your shipping can be refunded. (They also offer local delivery and pick up.) Check out their new blog!: http://lightharmonygratitude.blogspot.com/ featuring new topics each day all themed with living in light, love and harmony with the natural abundance surrounding us…
