Open Your Mind - ecoCULTURE
Open Your Mind
Escapism runs high in the sweltering days of summer's summit….we long to load up the ipod with a killer playlist and bust the fark outta the concrete jungle… off the grid to middle of nowhere. Thank you universe for answering our idealistic fantasies...
Follow the froliclust to the middle of a real enchanted forest - on an amazing, peaceful site… scattered with multicoloured fireflies, elves, floating spheres, gnomes, unicorns, strange characters, weird glowing plants and shining trees, unexpected treasures, stars in motion, shimmers, sparks and magic.
…and an ancient tribal beach of magical white sand?
ummm, yes please.
In its first year, the OpenMind is a unique, visionary and enchanted festival. A blue-movement break in time to celebrate the ecstasy of life in nature… A place where there's no boundaries, where we are all one.
OpenMind is a celebration of life in perfect balance. A gathering to disconnect from daily routines and reconnect with ourselves. It’s organizers Philippe Bergeron, Steve Breton, Nathalie Champagne & Adam Taschereau, (who have been organizing musical, artistic, environmental and spiritual events for 10 years) have the goal of creating an innovating space.
A space to explore our deep rooted connection with nature.
A place to push boundaries and be in harmony with traditions.
A moment of pure expression and giving, without limits or judgment.
A gathering of peace, unconditional love and ecstasy; of Pure Life...
...A moment of lucid universal connection.
OpenMind's Eco-Festival vision is not only to create a unique and conscious gathering, but also to create a positive environmental imprint. The impact of the festival on the environment, community and the world will be positive and concrete. Translation:
* The site will be at least as clean after the festival then it was before
* The local community will benefit from the festival
* The knowledge and consciousness of the participants will be cultivated
* The situation of the land and global environment will be improved
It's a festival where visionary art, transcendent music and spirituality are united to give us the opportunity to seize the moment, live fully, and break the cycle…
Renew. Transcend. Unify.
Still not itching to escape…?
